Clarion Corvus Trust is seeking to appoint an Executive Headteacher for Watton Primary Federation. The Federation is rapidly improving. Watton Westfield was judged as ‘Good’ in all areas when it was inspected in February 2020. The Junior School was judged to be ‘Good’ in all areas other than Quality of Education in February 2025. Both schools had previously been inadequate.

The Executive Headteacher will be based at the Junior School and will line manage the Watton Westfield Head of School and the Watton Junior School Deputy Headteacher. These professionals form part of an experienced Senior Leadership Team.

You must have a proven track record of high achievement and school improvement, excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with parents, carers and community and have high standards and attention to detail.
