What skills and experience we're looking for

Willow Tree is a thriving, multi-cultural 2 form entry primary school with a 39-place nursery. Situated close to Islip Manor Park in the heart of Northolt, we benefit from good transport links.

We are currently looking to recruit a Welfare and Admin Officer to join our established admin team.

You must:

  • Have experience of working in a school (or able to demonstrate an understanding of this role)
  • Hold the relevant first aid training certification or ability to undertake this for the role.
  • Be enthusiastic about nurturing, inspiring and the motivation of our children.
  • Be a good communicator with excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Have good ICT and general clerical/administrative skills.
  • Experience of working with excel, word and MIS databases.
  • A high level of competence on using the internet.
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality in relation to the role.
  • be committed to promoting the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and develop.
