What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate should have:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare,
- Experience in Early Years is desireable,
- Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
- Be creative, calm, caring and enthusiastic,
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
- Have flair, talent and initiative,
- Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards.
- Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
