  • Teaching assistant

• Key stage: Early years, Key stage 1, Key stage 2
• Working pattern: Full time: Hours: 32.5 per week // 5 days per week // 39 weeks per year (term time, plus inset days)
• Contract type: Fixed term - 12 months in the first instance
• Pay scale: Grade 3, Scale Point 3-4 - Actual annual salary working 32.5 hours per week, term time:£18,816 to £19,111

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate should have:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare,
• Experience in Early Years is desireable,
• Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
• Be creative, calm, caring and enthusiastic,
• Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
• Have flair, talent and initiative,
• Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards.
• Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
