Welfare Officer job summary
An exciting opportunity to join our team in this newly created role. We are looking for a kind and caring Welfare Officer to join our school.
You will be a confident, friendly and approachable person who will take the very best care of our pupils, always being patient, kind and understanding of their needs however big or small they may be. You will act as the primary first aider for the school and be responsible for the day to day management of the welfare room and medical facilities in the school.
The school environment is busy and diverse so the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure is essential. You will need to be flexible, have a high degree of self-motivation and be fully committed to being part of a team aspiring to be outstanding.
