The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Welfare Practitioner to start in January 2024 or sooner. We are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT) with fantastic pupils and Trustees, supportive parents and a great community. We are passionate about children’s learning, creative in our approach and constantly reflective in our philosophy. Our family of schools consist of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School and PA High School. We are a growing MAT with lots of exciting opportunities.

We require an individual who is enthusiastic and proactive to join our extensive Welfare team. You will need to be driven, determined and positive with a passion to improve the lives of children and families. You will be responsible for providing support to pupils/students in removing barriers and achieving success. You must be professional and polite and have a good standard of written and spoken English and communication skills.
