LGS Scale 3 pts 5-6 + London Fringe Allowance (pro rata)

7 hours x 38 working weeks (30-minute unpaid lunch) (4 days @ 8.00am-3.30pm) (Expectation to work Monday and Friday, other days to be discussed at interview)

The role is offered on a four‑day working pattern. While Monday and Friday would be ideal working days, we are open to discussion for the right candidate. Final arrangements can be agreed at interview.

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Wellbeing Support Assistant to join our team. This vital role focuses on engaging hard-to-reach families and strengthening the connection between home and school. You will work closely with children and young people to ensure they can fully and positively participate in all aspects of school life, empowering them to achieve their potential and beyond.
