Pay Range - LGPS 28-32 (this will be pro-rated to reflect term-time only working)

FTE £39,152 to £42,839 (pro rata £33,715 to £36,890)

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm

As Year Lead, you will play a key role in promoting high standards of behaviour, attendance and punctuality within your year group, ensuring students are well supported both pastorally and academically. Working closely with teachers, tutors and support staff, you will lead and develop initiatives that build on students' strengths, support their wellbeing and encourage them to achieve their full potential. The role involves working collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure that every student in the year group receives the guidance, support and opportunities they need to thrive within the Academy.
