Wellbeing Support Officer job summary

  • 37 hours per week
  • 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
  • Term time +1 week
  • Permanent

We recognise that the mental health of young people is a national issue.  The successful candidate will have experience in working in the education and/or social care environments and will work alongside our current Wellbeing Support Officer to support not only the mental health of our young people, but also help to drive our whole-school mental health strategy.  Experience of working to support young people through challenging issues is essential, but you will also need to be able to work within a large team to support our staff and parents’ understanding of wellbeing.
