St. Paul’s is a one-form entry school on the outskirts of Kingston with a passion for promoting a love of learning and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Both our most recent Ofsted and SIAMS visits highlighted that St. Paul’s has a strong community feel, where staff feel valued.

We are looking to appoint someone with:

We can offer:

  • Well-behaved, motivated, and enthusiastic pupils.
  • A supportive and encouraging team of staff who share best practice.
  • CPD opportunities and a friendly work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • To lead the daily operations of the wraparound care provision (Breakfast and After School Club), including directing the team of staff.
  • To take on the role of Deputy DSL alongside the Headteacher.
  • To plan and deliver a range of engaging, safe, and inclusive activities for pupils.
  • To ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in the club, including food preparation.
  • To build effective working relationships with parents/carers and school staff
