Wraparound Care Manager – Breakfast & After School Club (L3 qualified)


Location: Warren Primary Academy, Bewcastle Road, Nottingham, NG5 9PJ

Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 1 Year, with scope for this to extend/Term-time only/Part-time

Hours: Monday–Friday

  • 7:00am – 9:00am (Breakfast Club)
  • 3:00pm – 6:00pm (After School Club)

  • About the Role

    We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and caring Wraparound Care Manager to lead and develop our breakfast and after school provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils and families by providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment beyond the school day.


    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school club
  • Plan and deliver a range of fun, age-appropriate activities
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
  • Supervise and support staff within the provision
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and behaviour
  • Manage registers, food provision (including ordering of food required), and club administration
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the provision

  • About You

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with primary-aged children
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Is passionate about child development and wellbeing
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Is reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Holds (or is willing to work towards) a relevant childcare qualification (desirable)
  • Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
