What skills and experience we're looking for

Wraparound Care Supervisor- (Grade 2 Point 2-4)

The Head teacher and Governing Body are seeking to appoint a wraparound care supervisor to provide extended provision for our children. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, forward thinking and dedicated to working with children.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our popular wraparound care (BASE Club) for the families in our community. You will support and enhance the day-to-day running of the setting.

Within the role you will:

  • Attend to the needs of the children and provide general support in supervising and managing the wraparound care;
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a team and alone;
  • Be organised and possess strong communication skills;
  • Prepare a light tea, snacks and drinks;
  • Arrange and lead activities for the club;
  • Have high expectations of the behaviour and achievement of the children; and,
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, parents and Governors.
