The successful candidates will:

Have experience working with 4-7 year olds
Ability to communicate with children and colleagues
Able to carry out instructions and use initiative
An understanding of good quality childcare
Willingness to undergo training and professional development
Ability to cope with minor accidents

The following is desirable for the post:

NVQ2 in Childcare, Play work or equivalent
