Wraparound Club Supervisor job summary

This is an exciting time for Old Trafford Community Academy as we continue our development. From September we will be launching our new Wraparound Care provision with a breakfast club from 7.45am each day and an afterschool club operating until 5.30pm

As our Wraparound Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating our new provision. You will need to plan a series of varied and enjoyable activities that will be suitable for children from Reception to Year 6 attending the clubs on a daily basis.

You will have a background in working with children, being able to build positive relationships, acting as a role model and leading a small team in responding to the individual needs of the children attending.

The role will initially be working at the afterschool club, but as the club grows and develops, we anticipate opportunities for the Supervisors role to grow and develop to.

You will need to hold an appropriate First Aid qualification or be willing to undertake appropriate training. A knowledge of safeguarding is desirable, however training will be provided with the possibility of advanced training to become part of the School DSL team.

It is anticipated that the working hours for this role will be 3 hours per day, from 2.45pm until 5.45pm
