We have an exciting
opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Wraparound Care
Team as Clubs Leader. As Leader of our
valued team you would be responsible for the provision of an enriching, home
from home, environment for pupils attending our Breakfast and After School Clubs.

someone:

others, promoting positive working relationships with both staff and
parents/carers.

Can support children’s
emotional learning and well-being
Ideally you will:
·
Have a good standard of
practical knowledge in childcare and development.
·
Have experience of
leading a team and knowledge of staff development needs.
·
Be competent to NVQ Level
3 standard in Childcare/Learning Support.
·
Have excellent
communication skills.
·
Be calm, patient and
organised.

Although experience and qualifications will be an advantage, we are looking for the right person to lead our team, and to enrich, and strengthen our club structure. If that’s you, we would love to hear from you.
The post is for 25 hours per week split between the Breakfast Club, and After School Club, and includes time for planning and admin.
Clubs run from 7.30am to 8.30am and 3.15pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
