A Making Change Leader (MCL) is an experienced teacher ready to engage in high-quality training through the PiXL programme to have an impact on all children in their phase. As part of a team of MCLs, you have release time to work under a Raising Standards Leader (RSL), develop your team and have a hands-on approach to improving teaching.
We are part of The Pegasus Partnership Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The Trust is centred around Children First. Every decision, staff appointment, and policy change focuses on how this will make a difference to the children across our communities.
