The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our team. You will inspire and challenge pupils through engaging teaching, foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, and be committed to helping every child flourish. Working closely with colleagues, families, and the wider Trust, you will play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for all learners.

About You

  • A degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and QTS.
  • Awareness of strategies available to improve the learning andachievement of all students.
  • Strong classroom experience with an enthusiastic and engaging approach.
  • Able to relate to students in a pleasant and sympathetic manner and recognise potential child safeguarding issues.
  • Confident user of standard IT packages, particularly when used toenhance student learning.
  • Able to communicate with students and their parents/ carers both verbally and in writing.
