  • Safeguarding & Well-being: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils are safeguarded and supported.

Requirements

  • Knowledge & Understanding: Knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum, National Curriculum, and Religious Education syllabus, with the ability to stay updated on new educational trends and technologies.
  • Child Development: Understanding of how pupils' physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development affects learning, and adapting teaching to meet these needs.
  • Technology Proficiency: Ability to incorporate technology into teaching for an enhanced learning experience.
