What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience of successful teaching within Key Stage 2

Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies

A track record of securing strong pupil outcomes

Strong understanding of inclusive teaching and meeting the needs of all learners, including those with SEND

High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour

Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge learners

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to continuous professional development

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
