What skills and experience we're looking for
- At least two years of experience teaching within an KS2 environment.
- Conducting assessments, keeping records and producing reports for children.
- Implementing safeguarding procedures in schools.
- A clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- An ability to use different teaching methods and adapt to cater for children’s needs.
- Knowledge of effective support strategies to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
- Punctual, with a good attendance record.
- An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
- Organised.
- An excellent time manager.
- Hardworking, with high expectations of themselves and their professional standards.
- Driven and energetic.
