Essential:
-
Qualified, experienced teacher with primary school or MAT experience, including curriculum planning, assessment, moderation, and partnership with parents.
-
Strong knowledge of inclusive practice, individualised learning, statutory KS requirements, pupil progress assessment and reporting, and relevant legislation (Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, SEN, Child Protection).
-
Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to promote the Trust’s vision and create a positive, challenging learning environment.
-
Personal qualities include approachability, commitment, empathy, enthusiasm, high expectations, organisation, patience, resourcefulness, and innovation.
Desirable:
-
Ongoing professional development (INSET).
-
Experience teaching across the primary age range, contributing to school improvement, and working across multiple schools or within a MAT.
-
Understanding of partnership working between schools and stakeholders to improve outcomes.

Ambition to progress into middle or senior leadership.

This is a unique opportunity for more experienced teacher to work with a flourishing multi-academy Trust, renowned for its leadership development opportunities.
