What skills and experience we're looking for

The Trustees and Governors of the Academy wish to appoint a Year Leader to join our dynamic inclusion team.

Duties include to provide pastoral support to students in the year group which enables them to be successful in school and to support Progress Leaders and other staff in managing the behaviour of 230+ students in their year group. The successful candidate will also monitor a team of form tutors to ensure they are held accountable for students adhering to NLA’s Basic 10 standards.
