We have an exciting opportunity at The Chase for a suitably qualified individual to contribute to the busy life of our school as a Year Leader. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team of Year Leaders supported by other experienced members of staff.
You will be responsible for leading aspects of the Pastoral care of approximately 240 students in one of the school’s year groups within this comprehensive school situated at the heart of its community in Malvern. This role involves supporting students, setting expectations for behaviour, attendance and appearance, identifying barriers of learning and provide them with strategies and to celebrate students’ achievements. You will also be working within the school’s safeguarding team, including deputising for the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
