Join us in creating opportunities that help young people thrive! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Youth Worker to support and empower young people aged 10-16. This role focuses on social education, mentoring, and engagement through a variety of activities, ensuring young people feel supported, included, and inspired.

Contract:Permanent, Part-Time
Hours:Monday to Friday,14:00pm-20:00pm, (30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) - Flexible working patterns/hours can be discussed during the interview.
Salary:ALT Grade G points 20-24 - £24,372.97-£27,053.51 – Annually Actual

What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 Qualification in Youth Work (or relevant experience).
- Experience working with young people in a youth work, mentoring, or support role.
- Understanding of youth-related challenges and the ability to offer guidance and support.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
- A positive, energetic, and proactive approach to engaging young people.
