Youth Worker job summary
Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive, achieve their potential, and make positive life choices? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Worker to join our team and help create safe, inclusive, and engaging opportunities for our students.
In this role, you will build positive and trusted relationships with students, delivering high-quality interventions that promote personal development, wellbeing, confidence, and resilience. You will work collaboratively with students and their families, colleagues and partner agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
