Chew Magna is a four class primary school serving the beautiful village of Chew Magna and the surrounding area.There has been a school here for the past three centuries and the present buildings have been in use for over 100 years. During this time, various modernisations have taken place and recent improvements ensure that the school is able to deliver a modern and forward-looking curriculum in attractive and stimulating surroundings. We aim toprovide a broad range of opportunities for everyone to flourish within a community that is happy, vibrant and inspiring.
We are seeking to appoint a 0.2 Y1/2 Class teacher to work on a Friday at Chew Magna Primary School with our job share teacher.We are looking for an experienced, excellent practitioner who can meet the needs of the pupils in the class and who can work effectively with your job share teacher.
We are an aspirational, highly motivated and supportive team who pride ourselves on the school ethos that children, their learning, welfare and happiness are at the forefront of all we do. Subsequently, we are looking for a warm, caring and dedicated teacher who is passionate about children's learning and skilful in successfully enabling every pupil to achieve their best.
