Zero Hours Site Manager job summary

We are looking for a Site Manager on a zero hours basis to cover absences at any of the 11 schools within our trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing school sites as required
• Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Supporting contractors and overseeing site access
• Responding to urgent site issues across multiple locations including Boston, Spalding, Gedney and Old Leake.

Essential Criteria

• Full, clean driving licence (travel between academy sites is required)
• Ability to work flexibly and independently
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Practical and hands on approach

Desired Criteria

• Previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience
• Trade/Construction experience

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
