About Bedworth Heath Nursery School

Atherstone and Bedworth Heath Maintained Nursery School Federation Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of School for Bedworth Heath Maintained Nursery School who will share our vision for providing outstanding teaching and learning opportunities to our nursery community and offering outstanding parent/carer family support. The Head of School will work with the Executive Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team, Nursery Lead Teachers, Staff team, Parents/Carers, Governors and the LA, as appropriate, to maintain and improve provision and outcomes for pupils, volunteers and students across the Federation.

Key Requirements: The Head of School position is suited to an experienced early years teacher who has experience of leading a team of early years educators and who wants to continue to develop their skills and make a difference within their school community. Relevant Allowances: Working pattern will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. The team planning and pedagogy meetings take place on Mondays and Tuesdays at 15.45-16.45. The role is situated in the scale point bands of L1-L5 depending on experience.
