About Burleigh Primary School

Burleigh is a two form entry primary school set in lovely, spacious grounds. The Infant building was built in the 1960s, whilst the Junior building was opened in 1948.  In 2018, Ofsted graded the school 'Good' in all areas. Inspectors commented on the caring relationships between staff and pupils.  Pupils are well behaved and enjoy learning. Teachers plan together and there is a strong team atmosphere. Teaching assistants work in each year group. All staff at Burleigh are dedicated to working together to create a stimulating and happy environment for learning.
