About Chertsey High School

Chertsey High School photo

Chertsey High School is a community school located in the South-East, London Fringe area. Our vision is underpinned by our values of knowledge, determination and love. We have created a school where children develop strong moral values for life: the knowledge and skills to grasp opportunities and to make the right choices in life; the determination to be curious, to be brave and to take risks but never to compromise their beliefs; and an all-encompassing capacity for love which allows them to be compassionate and forgiving of themselves, respectful and understanding of others, and fully aware of their responsibilities to society.'

Commitment to safeguarding

Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff, volunteers and trustees to share this commitment.

Our recruitment process follows the keeping children safe in education guidance.
