We trust all of our teachers and support staff to be forward thinking practitioners, always striving for improvement in their lives and have the well-being of the children at the heart of their actions. Staff put their trust in the leadership of the school to develop its team professionally and holistically. We are fortunate to have well being days and an extensive new teacher and ECT induction programme.
