About Eden Boys' Leadership Academy, Manchester
Eden Boys’ Leadership Academy, Manchester is a Muslim faith-based secondary school for boys, which welcomes pupils from all faiths and none. We opened in Cheetham Hill in 2017 and moved to a new state-of-the-art campus in 2019. Like all Star schools, we have a leadership specialism. We were rated as 'Good' overall by Ofsted during our first inspection in November 2021. In January 2026, the school was inspected under Ofsted’s new framework and ‘report card’ grading system (introduced in November 2025) and we were awarded ‘Exceptional’ – the highest grade – in three areas and ‘Strong standard’ – the second highest grade – in the remaining three areas. We have an exemplary reputation for excellence in every aspect of school life. We provide a knowledge-based academic curriculum alongside a rich and diverse leadership programme that grows character and inspires charitable and social action. Our pursuit of educational excellence is based upon our fundamental belief that every pupil has the capacity to become a successful and inspirational leader.
