The Keep Learning Trust is seeking an outstanding, inspirational Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher in leading Elton Primary School.
The Keep Learning Trust supports young learners to fulfil their academic potential and become successful lifelong learners. Now home to five schools in the Greater Manchester area, the Trust continues to bring its vision of ‘creating lifelong chances and choices for all our pupils’ to life as it enters its next phase of growth.
Elton Primary School is a thriving, welcoming and inclusive one and half form entry school with an active and supportive local community. Delivering a well-structured curriculum from Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2, the school was rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2023.
The successful candidate will be passionate about primary education and be an outstanding, experienced teacher with evidence of collaboration across their school and Trust.
They will have leadership experience e.g. leading a Key Stage effectively, whilst able to organise workload, show flexibility and resilience and recognise the need for pastoral care for all members of the community of the school.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, who can show evidence of impact within a subject and have experience of supporting and mentoring other colleagues.
