About Gainsborough Primary School

Gainsborough Primary School is a two form, inner city, inclusive school. We believe in our Gainsborough Family - building success together. We are very proud of the outcomes for learners at the end of all the Key Stages, where we are consistently at and above National levels. We are committed to continuing to providing excellent education and learning opportunities for all our children.

Currently there are just over 400 pupils on roll, with 40 part time and 8 full time places in nursery. The school is located in a developing area of East London, there are exciting opportunities being created within the local areas. With our close proximity to West Ham Station we are easily accessible and provide school places for many families who are working in Docklands and Canary Wharf.
