About Gidea Park Primary School

Gidea Park Primary School is a popular 2 form entry primary school in the heart of a strong community. The school has its own playing field, offering facilities for a variety of sports and social functions. Three hard surface playground areas provide additional outdoor play areas. We have a well-established and strong music tradition with our own school Brass Band, String Ensemble, Music Tuition and Choir and we also offer a wide range of other before/after school clubs. Our community ethos is a strength of our school, with shared high expectations being reinforced by all school staff on a daily basis. Many parents of our learners were pupils at Gidea Park and many past pupils return to support Christmas and summer fairs, whilst recent leavers apply to return to do work experience. We are fully committed to the principle of inclusion and our policies and practices enable all pupils to be an integral part of our school community and ensure that staff are always fully supported. We make a great team!
