About Green Lane Community Special School

Green Lane School is an all-age (4-19), mixed Special School for children with Moderate, Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a school that was judged to be ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in its last four consecutive Ofsted Inspections (May 2007, October 2009, May 2015 and November 2019), and which is committed to providing the highest quality provision for all of its pupils. The school is designated as a Specialist School for Cognition and Learning and has been recently re accredited by the National Autistic Society as an Advanced Accredited School (October 2019 & May 2023).
