Grimes Dyke Primary is a single form entry school based in East Leeds. Our school is set in beautiful large grounds with an enormous amount of space for everyone to play and learn. This is why we are a Platinum Award winning OPAL school. We are located just off the York Road with good links to the A1 and to Leeds. You will have the opportunity to work alongside outstanding teachers, to observe and share practice on a regular basis, developing pedagogy through reflection. We pride ourselves on our strong ethos of inclusion and diversity. We have recently begun a journey of transforming our classrooms into therapeutic learning environments and are committed to this approach in school. Our school community offers the opportunity to become a meaningful part of the wider community through enrichment and extra-curricular activities. We are passionate about staff work-life balance and wellbeing throughout the school and work as a team to ensure that the school is a supportive environment for all staff.
