About Grimsdyke School

Grimsdyke School is an over subscribed three form entry primary school location in a residential area of Hatch End. As a school we work alongside a community of aspirational parents who want the best for their children and as a result we have an amazing cohort of children from Reception to Year Six who are engaged with their learning and want to do well.

Throughout the school we foster a safe cohesive calm, caring environment where students feel valued and are challenged through a broad and balanced curriculum. We foster “growth mindset” at all phases across the school to develop students who are resilient when faced with a challenge and are risk-takers in their learning. As a staff of excellent practitioners we are committed to ensure this happens on a day-to-day basis because we believe that they are key elements of lifelong learning.

In order for students to achieve and develop holistically they are encouraged to learn in a variety of different ways as individuals and as groups.
