About Hazel Oak School

Hazel Oak is an Outstanding learning environment, for pupils aged 4-19 years, who have a broad range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, social, emotional and behavioural challenges and a range of personal care and medical needs. We also support a growing number of pupils with mental health challenges.
