The Governors of High Wycombe Church of England Combined School are seeking to appoint an exceptional Headteacher to lead our thriving, ambitious and caring school.
High Wycombe C of E is a maintained voluntary aided, one form entry school serving a culturally diverse area of High Wycombe.
Our Christian vision is at the centre of everything we do, and informs our approach to curriculum, worship, behaviour, wellbeing and leadership. It drives us to remove barriers to learning, to advocate for the vulnerable, and to ensure every child has the opportunity to flourish.
We are seeking a headteacher who is an inspiring leader, committed to continuing our journey of school improvement through a collective vision of our future. We want a leader who supports the staff team, their development, and commands the best for - every pupil in their care. We are an ambitious school, looking forward to our future and hope to find a headteacher who wants to use their experience and knowledge to shape and lead that ambition.
