Highley is a happy school where we aim to maximise each learning opportunity and celebrate children’s successes every step of the way. We are the only school in Highley and are very much at the centre of the community. We aim to celebrate our surroundings and we learn about the history of the school and wider local area including the Severn Valley, and also the village’s rich mining heritage. As such, we have a strong curriculum focus on local heritage which we build upon year-on-year.

We operate an ‘open door’ policy at Highley and recognise the importance of communicating with the parents and families of the children in our care. If you are interested in visiting our school, please contact the office – we would welcome any chance to show you what we offer our children. Whatever your reason for visiting, you will be guaranteed a warm welcome.
