Our SEND LSAs are paid at Hampshire’s B grade: £13.28 to £13.45 per hour (depending on experience)
Working pattern
  • Part time: We are flexible with the hours available, however it is essential that our SEND LSAs work Monday to Friday to offer consistency for the children they support. Examples of possible working hours are below: • 8:30am to 12pm (17.5 hours pw) • 8:30am to 1pm (22.5 hours pw) • 12pm to 3:20pm (16.7 hours pw) • 1pm to 3:20pm (11.7 hours pw) • 8:30am to 3:20pm with a short unpaid lunch break (32.5 hours pw)
