Horsenden Primary School is a large, three-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Ealing, with classes from Nursery to Year 6. We are proud of our inclusive ethos, high expectations and strong sense of community and are committed to providing a rich, engaging and nurturing environment where all children thrive and develop a love of learning from the very start.

We hold limitless aspirations for our pupils and we do this by holding the same aspirations for our staff. We believe in recruiting ambitious, inspirational staff and training them well to make a difference to our pupils. We value the development of staff as individuals and provide a wide range of opportunities through our robust in-house continuing professional development programme, which includes opportunities for professional reading, discussion and self-reflection. The professional development programme is complemented with a coaching-style feedback model, strong links with other local schools, and opportunities to access externally provided qualifications such as the NPQs.
