About Launton Church of England Primary School

Launton CE Primary School is set in beautiful grounds in the village of Launton. We have seven classes including a nursery, in both modern and Victorian buildings. We have a rich and well-resourced curriculum and the children demonstrate a love of learning. Our families are supportive and we have a thriving PTA.
The school’s leadership team is mindful of teacher workload and this is reflected in sensible feedback, assessment and planning expectations. Guided by research, teachers focus their time and energy on the things that make a difference in the classroom. Our school is a calm and purposeful place in which to learn and teach. Our commitment to continuing professional development opportunities enables all staff to flourish.
