About Lime Tree Primary School

At Lime Tree Primary, health is at the centre of all that we do – Healthy Body, Healthy Brain, Healthy Heart.

Lime Tree Primary School is a caring, inclusive and ambitious school community in Surbiton. We believe every child deserves an excellent, holistic education and strive to create a culture where both pupils and staff flourish. Our values of respect, kindness, equality, compassion, resilience and happiness underpin all aspects of school life. A vibrant diverse school inclusion is the beating heart of our community. 52% of our children speak English as an additional language, 31% receive Pupil Premium funding, and 43% have SEND needs, something we are proud of and celebrate.

Commitment to safeguarding

At Lime Tree Primary School, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is our highest priority.

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where every child feels secure, valued and able to learn. All staff share responsibility for safeguarding and receive regular training to ensure they can recognise and respond to any concerns promptly and effectively.

We understand that parents and carers expect school to be a safe place where children can thrive. We work hard to ensure this expectation is met through a strong safeguarding culture and a comprehensive range of policies and procedures.
