About Longtown Community Primary School

Longtown Community Primary and Pre-School is a happy, warm and successful school of 48 children taught in three mixed age classes and includes a growing pre-school on site. We are situated in the centre of the village of Longtown, nestling on the edge of the beautiful Black Mountains and with easy access of major roads from Hereford and Abergavenny.
Children are welcoming, enthusiastic and engaged both in lessons and in the many after school activities and trips. There is a thriving PTA, frequent interaction with the local community and great parental support for the school.
