About Maritime Academy

Maritime Academy photo

The Maritime Academy is proud to be part of the TSAT family. We embrace a cognitive approach to education and our ethos values are aligned with that of the wider Trust family and our commitment to transform life chances is evident in everything that we do. This is an exciting time to join our organisation as we expand our network of schools, building upon our established ethos and values.

Commitment to safeguarding

Maritime Academy is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students in the academy. We recognise that there is no higher priority than student’s safety and well-being. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

We have in place a range of policies and procedures to support our safeguarding commitment. All concerns are passed through the members of staff who are trained as ‘Designated Safeguarding Leads/ Deputies in school in compliance with the ‘sharing of information’ guidance.
