About Moldgreen Community Primary School

Moldgreen Primary School is an IQM Flagship School in Huddersfield, recognised for excellence in inclusive practice. We serve a diverse, and in some instances, high-deprivation community and hold high expectations for every child regardless of background, circumstance, or starting point.

We are led by the principles of strong attendance, behaviour, and belonging for every pupil and specialist, targeted intervention for those who need it most. The relationship between teacher and pupil is not incidental to learning here: it is the foundation of it.

Our values are Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. We expect our staff to model these as consistently as we expect our pupils to live by them. If you want to teach in a school where inclusion is lived rather than stated, where the community is complex and the work is meaningful, and where every child's potential is treated as non-negotiable, we would like to hear from you.

Commitment to safeguarding

Moldgreen Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff, volunteers and trustees to share this commitment in-line with KCSIE.
