About Nether Green Infant School

Our school is situated on the outskirts of the south west of Sheffield city centre. We are full of happy, hard-working three to seven year olds and a dedicated and committed staff team. Nether Green Infant School is a fantastic place to be; the best interests of the children inform our decision making and we do our best to ensure that our children are happy, well cared for and able to access an exciting and motivating curriculum that enables them to shine as individuals.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection in December 2023 acknowledged that we are a 'good' school and confirmed that 'Pupils get endless opportunities to grow and shine and enjoy coming to school. Staff work hard to meet the needs of every child.' . We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, secure and happy and it is our aim to provide all our children with the best learning opportunities within a happy, caring and nurturing environment.
