About Oaklands Primary School

Our school motto: ‘We care, we learn, we succeed’ is at the heart of everything we do and this is reflected in our high-achieving and happy school.

Our school has 14 mainstream classes and 2 specialist classes for children with autism (The Oaklands Centre). Attainment has been consistently ‘good’ for the last five years. We have impressive facilities which include a cookery room, forest school, dedicated outdoor learning areas, trim trails and play areas, as well as extensive fields to enjoy throughout the year.

  • Full time: Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, with one evening until 4:15pm (34.25 hours per week) Working Pattern: Term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)
