Our Values & Ethos:
At Park View, we believe that only the highest quality teaching, matched with a broad, balanced and exciting curriculum, will ensure that young people achieve the success they deserve. We welcome visitors and if you believe you are suited to working with us, please get on touch.
To drive this ethos, our curriculum is built around our 8 Park View Pillars and these Pillars underpin everything that we do as a school. They guide our work as a community to ensure that all pupils, regardless of starting point, will experience success. We have designed an ambitious, cohesive and coherent curriculum that thinks carefully about what knowledge we want our pupils to learn and crucially remember. We value skills that will not only allow our pupils excel academically but will also help them to navigate their lives. We are passionate about our pupils achieving the best possible outcomes but also foster a lifelong love of learning. We pride ourselves on our inclusivity and cultural diversity and have worked hard to ensure that this is fully embedded in our work . Our enrichment offer is vast and a core entitlement for all pupils.
We are a welcoming school, where colleagues are valued and supported. We are looking for the very best people to with work with us and we pride ourselves in providing every staff member with an environment in which they can flourish.
Ofsted:
In November 2017, Ofsted recognised our great work once again, re-confirming our ‘good’ grading for a second time. We were highly praised for our positive learning environment that enables our pupils to develop and consolidate their skills and knowledge in a caring and enriching setting.
